Shooting in manual

We had a Photography CAS meeting last week, and since it was after a different meeting, the sun was already setting by the time we headed out to take pictures. It was so fun to shoot using manual! I have before but usually don’t, just for ease and speed of getting the shot that I want without worrying too much. But this time, I could play with the light a bit more and in the end there were definitely some cool shots.

“Dusk, is just an illusion, because the sun is either above the horizon or below it. And that means that day and night are linked in a way that few things are; there cannot be one without the other, yet they cannot exist at the same time. How would it feel, I remember wondering, to be always together, yet forever apart?” ~Anonymous
